Welcome to our pre-order page! We are glad that you are interested in our unique African baskets. Sometimes we may not have all the baskets in stock, but that doesn't have to be a problem. With our pre-order option, you can still order your favorite basket.
1. Tell us which basket you want
Please provide us with as much detail as possible about which basket you would like via info@bambashop.be. This can be done through a link to an out-of-stock item or a photo.
2. We do the necessary research
We will check with our local partner if the basket is available.
3. Feedback
If the basket is available, we will send you a pre-order invoice or payment link. Upon receipt, we will order this basket for you immediately.
4. Waiting time
Your pre-order basket is made especially for you. It will then be shipped to Europe by container ship. This entire process takes a minimum of 40 days. Please take this into account.
5. We deliver your basket
Once the basket arrives in Belgium, we will deliver it immediately. We will send you a message with the status of your delivery.
